information to anyone or any group for any reason, ever. The personal information required to place an order is received in this spirit and remains completely confidential at all times. No kidding.
Return policy
- Due to the non-physical nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds on digital products.
- Physical products must be returned in the same condition as received and must be shipped within thirty days of original purchase in order to receive a full refund.
- Products returned later than thirty days are eligible for store credit. Credits are good for six months from the date of issue.
- Products returned opened or damaged are not eligible for refund or store credit.
- Prior to returning products, please notify us by email (store@morethansound.net) or phone (413.587.0818) with your order number. We will respond within a day.
