Cancellation and Refund Policy for Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence Courses

We understand life – and extenuating circumstances – happen. 

Due to limited enrollment, we request you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled cohort begins. This gives us the opportunity to fill your spot in the cohort. You may cancel by emailing us here

If you need to cancel your course registration, the following schedule applies: 

  • We offer a full refund within 24 hours of registering, regardless of your registration date.
  • We offer a full refund, minus a $75 non-refundable administration fee, up to 7 days before your cohort begins.
  • We offer a 50% refund from 7 days before your cohort begins until 7 days after your cohort begins.
  • No refund is offered after the first 7 days of your cohort.

Bulk Order Discounts for Bookstores, Conferences and Corporate Giveaways/Trainings

We offer a 30% discount for 20 or more physical items (books, CDs, DVDs). Bulk orders require credit card pre-payment by phone: 413-587-0818. You can also submit a purchase order to store@morethansound.net. Someone will call you to process your pre-payment by phone.


We are not able to accept returns on bulk orders. We can help you determine the precise quantity needed. Please call 413-587-0818 or email store@morethansound.net.

We do not provide refunds for purchased and downloaded audio or streaming video.


Domestic shipments

We can ship your order via the United States Postal Service (Priority or Express service is recommended for tracking) or FedEx. If you have a corporate FedEx account, please provide the number when placing your order.

International shipments

We recommend using FedEx or DHL for international shipments. If you have a corporate FedEx or DHL account, please provide the number when placing your order.

You will be responsible for any additional customs or duties fees. Shipments going to a third party warehouse or storage facility are still required to pay for any applicable customs or duties fees.

Tracking numbers for orders are available upon request.
