Review Assessment Results

Before working toward improving your EI, it’s important to know where you stand today. Let’s compare your assessment results to some additional feedback


  1. Looking at your Assessment results, plot yourself on the scales above.
  2. Then, as you go through your day, observe your behavior and recalibrate where you estimated yourself to be on each scale.
  3. Finally, ask those who are closest to you where they would place you on each of these spectrums.

Once you have completed each of these steps, compare them. Notice any interesting differences? Upload and share your observation form(s), along with any insights you gained, with your KSM Facilitator.
